About: ‘Brittany’ is an innovative and striking ensemble crafted from recycled denim work jeans and high vis yellow and navy cotton work shirts. The skirt, composed of various shades of denim, drapes gracefully off the hips and cascades into a train, accentuating the body's elegant silhouette. Inspired by the myriad shades found in denim jeans and offset by the familiar and bold yellow workwear, the aim was to create a simple yet striking piece that highlights the fabric's texture and versatility while beautifying the variation.
The top, reminiscent of 60’s fashion and inspired by a music video, features bat-wing sleeves and an open front/back design that extends to the waist. Secured with a band that ties at the back and a button at the neck, this bright piece with a navy tie, flow off the shoulders, creating an elegant yet bold look, allowing the vibrancy of the yellow to make a striking statement.
