The Jury Art Prize Exhibition: 07/06/25 – 18/07/25

Courthouse Gallery+Studio

Under the open Pilbara sky, The Jury Art Prize 2025 officially opened on Saturday 7 June with a night full of energy, connection, and celebration. Held in the Courthouse Gallery+Studio gardens in Port Hedland, the event marked the sixth year of this powerful regional arts showcase – and saw the Pilbara’s artists proudly dominate the major awards.

Out of 48 exceptional finalists from across all of regional WA, six artists were honoured for their powerful, imaginative, and deeply personal works.

The night featured emotional artist speeches, sponsors and judges presenting awards, live music, and strong art sales both in person and online. Visitors took their time with the works, surrounded by a sense of pride and belonging that’s uniquely regional.

The exhibition continues until 18 July 2025, both in person and online, with works also lighting up the Yagan Square Digital Tower in Perth. Creative weekend workshops are also on offer – learn more and book online!

…and remember, You Are The Jury! Voting for The Jury Prize (People’s Choice, $5,000 Prize sponsored by Regional Development Australia),  open until 09 July. Winner is determined by the artwork with the most votes and will be announced 11 July, 2025.
