Join us for a workshop inspired by Karen Chappelow’s evocative painting ‘My Body My Choice’ – a subversive reimagining of the myth of Leda and the Swan that hands the narrative back to the woman at its centre.

Using silhouette templates and expressive mark-making, participants will explore themes of choice, voice, and transformation through acrylic painting on canvas. Karen’s punchy expressionist style and signature lemon-twist wit to reinterpret mythology through a modern lens, where beauty no longer masks cruelty, and control is reclaimed with unapologetic creativity.
