This artwork is a handwritten first-person narrative set in an Australia that has prioritised defence spending in a rapidly changing geopolitical landscape. The story is told by a man dying from melanoma who is no longer able to receive treatment or free to leave his town.
Gregory Taylor (he/him) was born in lutruwita/Tasmania in 1983. He is a writer and visual artist.
