Merging creative tools and materials with nursery rhyme origins. The lacemakers of the 17th Century and the tools of their trade: thread, bolster, pins and pincushions.
Materials and techniques: Recycled cotton, linen and silk fabrics; wool stuffing; cotton, linen and silk threads; pins. Techniques: Quilting and appliqué, stitch, soft sculpture.
